  • Sleeping mode - 8 hours 
  • Breakfast mode - 8 hours 
  • Intake mode - 8 hours

The sleeping mode. Something we all understand, we are fasting. When we wake up in the morning we are entering our next 8 hours fase. The second fase is the breakfast mode or the breaking of the fast. The third fase is the intake mode. That’s where we are putting in the building materials.

 

The breakfast mode is very crucial. As we sleep or as we do the repair work, the stomach empties out and the stomach closes down or comes back to a rudimentary state. During the beginning at the breakfast periode, the size of the stomach is equivalent as your fest.

 

When you get into the stomach in the morning and open it up with an traditional breakfast - a big breakfast, we are stretching the stomach wide open. The stomach is not going to close down again until it is empty.

But that is the recommendation right?

Well the doctor would say that the most important meal of the day is the breakfast. I agree. When they tell you to eat a big one, that a different story.

When you eat a big one you stretch the stomach and you have to keep it full for the rest of the day.

The morning periode - the breakfast, it is not a meal. It is an 8 hour fase of elimination, removing toxins. Its waist management for the day. Elimination, elimination, elimination ..

Of cause, we want to consume food that facilitate the elimination process . Food that is high in mousture and high in fiber. These are the breakfast food:

  • Homemade lemonade + Honey
