plan, make payment and enter all your
personal details and I will start putting
together your program!

Yes! It's imperative to me that anyone in the
world can access this program.

We can tailor the plan for you to complete this
in your own home if you wish! I'd really
recommend having a resistance band for this,
but it's not essential. You would need to select
home only on the set up form.

The workout is planned for everyone,
including beginners. All exercises will be
demonstrated and coached by me so that you
can perform them correctly. Choose weights
that are light for your fitness levels and
gradually work your way up.

Yes, you can easily cancel your subscription from your profile page with a click of a button.

As we do offer proprietary services in the form of digital products, it is very difficult to offer ethical refunds. We will do our best to satisfy your needs in whatever way possible.
